Hard to believe that Buddy Holly would just be turning 78 today if he's outlived that plane crash. Here's early clip from square Arthur Murray dance TV show. I probably tuned in for this back then. It may seem quaint, but his "Peggy Sue" guitar solo was almost revolutionary (much louder on record).
